
The UX Product Designer will act as the operator's advocate, leading user research, prototyping, and interface design for real-time mission and telemetry systems within the Command Control platform. Responsibilities include mapping workflows, creating interaction models optimized for stress, and developing scalable Figma component libraries.
Responsibilities
- Conduct interviews and usability studies with operators to map workflows and pain points
- Translate mission requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and design systems
- Create interaction models optimized for stress and speed in operational environments
- Develop and maintain scalable Figma component libraries
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's in Human-Computer Interaction, Design, or Human Factors
- 5+ years in UX design for complex, data-heavy systems (aerospace, trading, defense, or healthcare)
- Strong Figma skills, geospatial UI design, accessibility best practices
- Empathy for end-users, clarity under complexity, pragmatic problem-solving
