Senior UX Designer (all genders)

The Senior UX Designer will strategically own the user experience of the webshop by analyzing complex customer journeys, identifying friction points, and developing data-driven UX strategies to improve conversion and loyalty. This involves designing complex user flows, supporting A/B tests, refining UI components, and representing design decisions to stakeholders across various departments.
Responsibilities
- Analyze customer journeys holistically and derive strategic UX initiatives
- Prioritize optimization initiatives based on business impact, effort, and scalability
- Design complex user flows, wireframes, and prototypes for new features and strategic roadmap topics
- Support A/B tests from hypothesis to evaluation
- Continuously refine functional UI components and design patterns
Requirements
- Several years of experience as a UX Designer in E-Commerce
- Proven success in optimizing complex customer journeys with measurable KPI impact
- Strong experience in Shopify environments
- Advanced ability to interpret qualitative and quantitative data
- Excellent Figma skills
- Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic frontend logics
