Senior Product Designer 1year contract

The Senior Product Designer will work across the entire product lifecycle, from concept to delivery, focusing on understanding user problems and delivering engaging, efficient, and user-friendly solutions for partner and internal user websites. This involves creating wireframes, prototypes, and pixel-perfect UI, utilizing both qualitative and quantitative data to influence design decisions and monitor product performance.
Responsibilities
- Work across the entire product lifecycle from concept to delivery
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and pixel-perfect UI
- Use qualitative and quantitative data to influence design decisions
- Communicate transparently on progress and discuss ideas with cross-functional teams
- Collaborate with product teams, including Product Managers and Engineers
- Create lo- and hi-fi prototypes that can be validated with users
Requirements
- Strong history of end-to-end product design
- Proficiency in Figma
- Experience designing and shipping data-heavy products for highly skilled users and/or tools for engineers
- Strong workshop facilitation skills
- Experience running research sessions and usability studies
- Experience working with and contributing to design systems and component libraries
- Strong communication skills
