Senior Product Designer

The Senior Product Designer will own the end-to-end user experience, translating insights into evidence-based design decisions and crafting high-quality, accessible UI aligned with the Design System. This role involves close collaboration with Product and Engineering to shape, build, and ship impactful solutions while ensuring strong design execution during implementation.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end user experience â from discovery and concept development to final implementation
- Translate insights into clear, evidence-based design decisions, and confidently communicate and advocate them across teams
- Craft high-quality, accessible UI aligned with our Digital Identity and Design System, supported by thoughtful interaction and prototyping
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers to shape, build, and ship impactful solutions
- Drive innovative yet feasible design solutions that balance user value, business goals, and technical constraints
- Ensure strong design execution during implementation by working hands-on with developers
- Measure and evaluate shipped solutions, using data and insights to continuously refine and improve the experience
- Facilitate workshops and design discussions to align stakeholders and move initiatives forward
Requirements
- Solid experience designing and shipping digital products
- Ownership from discovery through implementation
- Ability to turn ambiguity into clear, well-crafted solutions
- Strong craft and attention to detail
- Advanced skills in Figma and prototyping tools
