Senior Product Designer- Sovereign AI

The Senior Product Designer will own the design vision for the Sovereign AI division, establishing design standards and evolving the design system from the ground up. Responsibilities include developing deep fluency in user workflows, designing for high-stakes, mission-critical analytical systems, and driving the full design lifecycle from concept to iteration.
Responsibilities
- Owning the design direction for the division's products
- Becoming the domain expert in investigative and analytical workflows
- Designing for high-stakes environments, creating intuitive and user-centered experiences
- Translating complexity into clarity, turning complex workflows into clear product experiences
- Building the design foundation, establishing and evolving the design system and design standards
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience designing complex digital products end-to-end
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UX depth, system thinking, and high-quality UI execution
- Ownership and high agency, with the ability to drive design decisions forward
- Proficiency in Figma and a strong understanding of modern interaction and information-architecture principles
- Experience working with design systems and scalable component libraries
