- Translating complex concepts into user-friendly interfaces and experiences
- Conducting user research, usability testing, and gathering feedback to refine and improve designs
- Collaborating with product managers and developers to ensure designs are feasible and aligned with business goals and technical constraints
- Taking ownership over the existing design system and UI elements library
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction (HCI), or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in UI/UX design
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma or Adobe XD
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
