Lead Service & UX Designer

The Lead Service & UX Designer will take comprehensive responsibility for the digital customer experience across B2B interfaces, shaping the entire digital customer communication from initial contact through to logged-in applications. This involves working strategically and operationally to ensure a cohesive customer experience, tonality, and visual expression across all application suites and touchpoints.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research and gather insights
• Analyse insights and create visualisations
• Create and develop concepts, flows, and prototypes
• Work in Figma and create design deliverables
• Have regular customer contact to test hypotheses and validate solutions

Requirements

• Several years of experience in UX design and/or service design
• Ability to own the whole experience and visual expression
• Strong communication skills
• Experience working in agile development environments
• Proficiency in modern design tools, such as Figma
