This role involves driving human-centered design across data-intensive product areas, shaping product vision, and translating complex data models into intuitive user experiences. The Lead Product Designer will also define best practices for data visualization, lead discovery workshops, and set design quality standards.

Requirements
- Significant experience as a Senior or Lead Product Designer
- Proven leadership experience
- Deep understanding of human-centred design, UX best practices, and interaction design principles
- Strong experience designing data-rich products
- Ability to interpret and challenge complex data models
- Strong grasp of data visualisation principles
