Contract Product Designer (Part-time)

This temporary, part-time Product Designer will support the Product Design team on diverse projects, partnering with product managers, engineers, and other designers. Key tasks involve assisting the New Customer Experience team and the Reporting team with research, design, testing, and launching new experiences for the customer base.
Responsibilities
- Research, design, test, and launch experiences for the Pantheon customer base
- Partner with product managers, engineers, and other designers to design and launch experiences
- Assist the New Customer Experience team and the Reporting team
- Contribute to a design system to ensure quality and consistency
Requirements
- Strong grasp of interaction patterns
- Ability to create user flows, wireframes, and prototypes using tools like Figma
- Understanding of accessibility guidelines in UX design
- Understanding of UX research methods and processes
- Ability to contribute and work within a design system to ensure quality and consistency
- Ability to partner with a product manager, engineers, and other stakeholders
Benefits
- Hourly rate: $50 - $60 CAD/hour (Canada-based candidates) or $50 - $60 USD/hour (US-based candidates)
