The main role involves providing leadership and direction on design, layout, and production of marketing deliverables, focusing on branding and campaign solutions for high-profile properties and new business pursuits. Responsibilities include designing and producing visual marketing materials like proposals, presentations, brochures, and supporting client engagement projects from concept to completion.
Responsibilities
- Design and produce visual marketing materials, including new business proposals, market overview presentations, offering memoranda, brochures, flyers, and maps
- Support through closed deal announcements, case study design and working with corporate PR & Communications for press releases and advertising
- Design the elements for successful client engagement projects (digital, print, interactive, etc.)
- Research market data using various tools to assist with the creation of marketing collateral for the team
- Successfully promote high-level adoption of corporate standards for all visual communications
- Partner with sales professionals to help align a vision with a clientâs need
- Communicate on a regular basis with the team, regional marketing colleagues and with clients as needed
- Devise strong visual solutions for research-based information such as statistical graphs, charts, and tables
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in marketing, communications, design or related
- 5+ years of graphic design experience; ideally in the investment sales/commercial real estate sector(s)
- Expert proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Advanced knowledge with MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Experience working with a style guide and brand
- Excellent customer service, organization, and prioritization skills
