Graphic Designer

The role involves designing compelling in-store and point-of-sale materials for retail partners, alongside producing engaging digital and social media content for various campaigns. The designer will also collaborate cross-functionally to ensure all visuals adhere to brand guidelines and translate complex concepts simply.

Responsibilities

• In-Store & Point-of-Sale (POSM) Materials: Design compelling point-of-sale materials for partner retail stores
• Digital & Social Media Content: Design high-converting digital ad creatives for performance marketing campaigns
• Brand Identity & Consistency: Ensure all designs adhere to the company’s brand guidelines, maintaining a cohesive and professional visual identity across all channels
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and sales teams to understand project requirements and translate complex financial concepts into simple, attractive visuals

Requirements

• Hard Skills: Software Proficiency: Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Familiarity with Canva is a plus
• Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro) or motion graphics (After Effects) are highly desirable
• Layout & Typography: Strong sense of layout, typography, and color theory
• Ability to switch between vibrant, promotional retail designs and clean, modern fintech aesthetics
• Print Production: Solid understanding of POSM specifications, materials, and print processes
• Ability to prepare print-ready files and liaise with suppliers if needed
