The Web Graphic Designer will be responsible for designing high-converting landing pages and web interfaces that align with brand identity while maximizing user engagement and conversion rates. This role also involves creating visually compelling digital assets for performance marketing campaigns and contributing to the evolution of design systems.
Responsibilities
- Web & Landing Page Design: Design high-converting landing pages and web interfaces that align with brand identity while maximizing user engagement and conversion rates
- Marketing Creatives Production: Create visually compelling digital assets for performance marketing campaigns, including website visuals, banners, email graphics, and social media creatives
- UI & Visual System Development: Contribute to the development and evolution of design systems, ensuring visual consistency across web platforms and multiple products
- Conversion-Focused Optimization: Collaborate with growth and product teams to improve web performance through A/B testing, layout improvements, and data-driven design decisions
- Brand Consistency & Visual Storytelling: Maintain and strengthen brand identity across all web touchpoints, translating product value propositions into engaging visual narratives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication Design, Digital Design, or related fields
- 2+ years of experience in web design, preferably within a product-based or performance-driven environment
- Strong portfolio showcasing landing pages, web interfaces, and digital marketing assets
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar
- Solid understanding of UX/UI principles, responsive design, and conversion-focused design strategies
