Key tasks include producing high-volume design assets for campaigns, owning the creation and maintenance of presentation decks and modular design systems, and utilizing AI tools to accelerate production.
Responsibilities
- Produce high-volume, high-quality design assets for campaigns, email, social, web, events, and sales enablement
- Own the creation and maintenance of presentation decks, templates, and modular design systems
- Apply and scale Redwoodâs brand guidelines across all deliverables
- Use AI-powered design tools to accelerate production, iterate quickly, and streamline repetitive workflows
- Manage multiple requests and timelines, balancing fast-turn execution with attention to detail
Requirements
- 3-5 years of professional graphic design experience
- Portfolio that demonstrates strong execution, layout discipline, and real-world marketing assets
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
- Hands-on experience designing presentation decks and enablement materials for sales or marketing teams
- Comfort using AI design tools to increase speed and efficiency
