
The role involves developing digital, print, and event collateral for key messaging by strategizing, conceptualizing, and creating visually compelling materials like presentations, microsites, and publications. The designer will also provide design direction, interface with creative teams, and support internal presentations and special projects.
Responsibilities
- Work with the firm's Co-Managing Principals and Leadership Operations Committee to develop digital, print, and event collateral in support of key messaging
- Strategize, conceptualize, and develop visually compelling collateral, including internal and external presentations, event materials, microsites, publications, infographics, and email campaigns
- Provide design direction and interface with multiple creative teams, including marketing, communications, and practitioners, in support of cross-media initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's or higher degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or similar
- Minimum 2-5 years of work experience in an in-house creative, communications, or marketing department
- Solid experience in Graphic Design with strong communication skills and eagerness to learn new tools and techniques
- Excellent analytical and conceptual skills and the ability to articulate design rationale to internal and external audiences
