Senior Graphic Designer

The Senior Graphic Designer will spearhead the conceptualization and design of high-quality print and digital materials aimed at inspiring and informing global audiences. This role also involves leading creative brainstorming sessions and mentoring junior designers to foster innovation.
Responsibilities
- Spearhead the conceptualization and design of high-quality print and digital materials that inspire and inform global audiences
- Lead creative brainstorming sessions and mentor junior designers to foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
- Partner with Art Directors and Marketing Leads to translate complex business visions into best-in-class visual solutions
- Master and implement the latest design trends and Adobe Creative Suite advances to deliver high-performance production assets
Requirements
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
- Advanced understanding of complex print and digital production processes
- Proven ability to lead collaborative design projects and communicate creative concepts effectively to diverse stakeholders
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in composition, color theory, and professional-grade visual storytelling
- Degree or formal qualification in Graphic Design, Digital Design, or Marketing
