The role involves working across the full product lifecycle, from discovery through delivery, focusing on user outcomes, speed of learning, and design quality. Responsibilities also include mentoring other designers, evolving design culture, and shaping organizational scaling.
Responsibilities
- Work on design-led projects to improve teacher request flow and other areas of the product
- Refine the brand as the company grows
- Explore smarter, more intuitive experiences to cut down on ignored requests
- Work across the full product lifecycle, from discovery to delivery
- Mentor other designers and contribute to evolving the design culture
- Help shape how the company scales
Requirements
- Senior Product Designer with experience in service, system, and interface design
- Strong understanding of users and ability to communicate clearly
- Ability to think in flows, not screens
- Experience working with product, engineering, and commercial teams
- Strong design and problem-solving skills
