Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, usability testing, heuristic evaluations, and competitor analysis
- Translate research insights into experience maps, personas, and journey maps
- Create wireframes, low/high-fidelity prototypes, user flows, and interaction models
- Develop pixel-perfect UI designs aligned with brand and accessibility guidelines
- Maintain and contribute to design systems and component libraries
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Product Managers, Developers, QA, Marketing)
- Present design concepts, rationales, and prototypes to stakeholders
- Collaborate through agile processes, participate in grooming, sprints, and design reviews
- Deliver production-ready design assets using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Ensure designs meet usability standards and accessibility (WCAG) guidelines
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Interaction Design, Visual Communication, or related field
- 5+ years of hands-on UX/UI design experience in digital products (web & mobile)
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong understanding of user-centered design, design thinking, and UX research methods
- Ability to create visually appealing, intuitive, and responsive interfaces
- Experience with prototyping, user testing, and iterative design
- Solid understanding of design systems, accessibility standards, and modern UI patterns
- Strong portfolio showcasing real-world UX projects, processes, and outcomes
