Product Designer (UI/UX)

The Product Designer will lead the end-to-end design process, transforming product goals and user needs into clear, elegant, and functional experiences across mobile and web platforms. This involves owning design from discovery through delivery, including research, flows, wireframes, prototypes, and final UI, while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the design process from discovery to delivery: research → flows → wireframes → prototypes → final UI
• Partner with Product Managers and stakeholders to understand requirements, define problems, and shape solution strategy
• Plan and conduct user research (interviews, field studies, surveys) and usability testing; synthesize insights into actionable design decisions
• Design user flows, IA, interaction patterns, and UI for responsive web and native mobile (iOS/Android) experiences
• Create high-fidelity mockups and production-ready specs that engineers can build with confidence

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Product Design / UI/UX Design
• Strong craft in UI design (layout, hierarchy, typography) and interaction design (flows, states, edge cases)
• Proficiency with Figma (components, auto layout, prototyping)
• Practical experience with research and usability testing methods, and using insights to iterate designs
• Experience designing responsive web and/or native mobile interfaces with attention to platform patterns
