
UX Designer III

The UX Designer III will manage project team User Experience deliverables by establishing success measures, directing collaboration, and advocating for the customer experience workflow across design, architecture, and writing teams. They will also create User Experience designs, including comps and prototypes, for medium-sized projects while mentoring junior designers.
Responsibilities
- Manage project team User Experience deliverables by establishing and communicating project needs and measures of success to all functional leads
- Direct cross-functional collaboration activities, drive the attainment of project goals, and create customer experience scenarios
- Support User Experience strategy and innovation by evaluating the current competitive landscape for compelling customer experiences
- Create User Experience designs for medium-sized, diverse projects by participating in overall project design definition activities, defining methods to be used, driving creation of designs, and specs that will advance the company's merchandising, business, marketing, and branding objectives
- Mentor Associate Designers and Designers in day-to-day User Experience design methodology and principles
- Lead medium-sized, diverse, cross-functional User Experience projects to generate the overall user experience solution and deliver usability on product within feasibility limits
Requirements
- Master's degree or equivalent in UI/UX Design, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Product Design, Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Science, or related area
- OR Bachelor's degree or equivalent in UI/UX Design, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Product Design, Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Science, or related area and 2 years of experience in UI/UX, interactive and visual design, electronics art, multimedia design, or related area
- Experience participating in user interviews, surveys, and usability testing
- Experience analyzing and interpreting data to inform design decisions
- Experience creating user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and animations in Figma
