The Senior Product Designer will lead design strategy and execution for complex, cross-functional product initiatives, translating customer insights into scalable and elegant design solutions. This role involves conducting advanced user research, championing accessibility, and evolving the enterprise design system.
Responsibilities
- Lead design strategy and execution for high-impact, cross-functional product initiatives
- Conduct advanced user research and usability testing
- Review, critique, and approve design deliverables
- Partner closely with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders
- Identify gaps and opportunities in the customer experience and propose innovative design solutions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Design, HCI, or a related field
- 6 or more years of professional experience in product, UX, or interaction design
- Proven success leading complex design projects from concept through delivery
- Demonstrated experience mentoring designers and guiding design reviews
- Expertise in usability testing, accessibility, and inclusive design principles
