Senior Product Designer, Experience (Social Core)

The Senior Product Designer will lead end-to-end product design for social core experiences, including connecting with friends, group discovery, and events, while setting clear team direction in ambiguous spaces. They will drive cross-platform design across VR, desktop, mobile, and web, establishing reusable interaction patterns and contributing to the UI design system.

Responsibilities

• Lead product design for social core experiences end-to-end
• Set clear team direction in ambiguous spaces
• Partner tightly with PM and engineering in agile cycles
• Drive cross-platform design across VR, desktop, mobile, and web
• Design with systems thinking, establishing reusable interaction patterns and state models for social features

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional product design experience
• Strong UX craft across flows, interaction design, prototyping, and systems thinking
• Experience designing across platforms and input modes
• Ability to adapt patterns without losing consistency, usability, or clarity
• Leadership skills, including setting direction, creating alignment, and driving decisions
