The Senior User Experience Designer will collaborate closely with product development and management partners to design comprehensive experiences, creating everything from initial concepts to detailed service blueprints. This role involves leading design reviews, incorporating user feedback and data to inform strategic direction, and leveraging cutting-edge AI tools to create innovative, user-centric solutions.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with your trio (development and product management partners) and other key stakeholders across the portfolio
- Design complete experiences by creating low-fidelity prototypes, high-fidelity design elements, journey maps, and detailed service plans
- Take ownership of customer outcomes and develop a holistic and integrated vision of the user experience
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in UX design
- Portfolio showcasing strong UX, UI, and interaction design skills
- Experience integrating user research results into design concepts
- Ability to create design deliverables for the entire user experience, including initial design visions and concepts, workflow, prototypes, and refined visual designs
