
Senior UX Designer (Private Wealth Management) – Hong Kong

The Senior UX Designer will act as a subject matter expert, partnering with Domain Leads and Product Owners throughout the end-to-end product design process to craft intuitive experiences for ultra-high net worth clients and internal stakeholders. This involves synthesizing research data to drive value-driven design decisions, creating various design deliverables, and ensuring solutions integrate seamlessly across the wealth management ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Domain Leads and POs to create cohesive experience within various products across the domain
- Craft intuitive and elegant experiences that empower clients to make confident financial decisions
- Work closely with the research team to synthesize qualitative and quantitative data and make value-driven design decisions
- Create and present a variety of design deliverables in a way that engenders confidence in you and your solutions with the team and the greater organization
- Form holistic solutions that integrate seamlessly into the wealth management product ecosystem
- Design and deliver responsive/adaptive solutions that are optimized for web and mobile interfaces
- Partner with engineers to translate designs into successful products
Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience as a UX designer
- Full understanding of end-to-end product design process
- Outstanding portfolio that demonstrates how you have created experiences that solved business and user needs
- Bachelor's degree in design or related field
- Experience designing intuitive interfaces that enhance user experience and drive customer engagement
- Excellent skills in Figma
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, explorative environment
