EverPro - Senior UX Designer, Web

This role involves leading the evolution of web experiences for service commerce SaaS solutions, focusing on crafting high-performing marketing websites that deliver measurable business impact. Responsibilities include driving end-to-end UX initiatives, defining optimization opportunities, leading research and testing, designing high-impact solutions, and shaping web standards.

Responsibilities

• Identify and plan strategic optimizations informed by user needs and aligned with business objectives
• Lead discovery to understand user goals and motivations
• Develop information architectures that support intuitive navigation
• Lead design of user experiences from wireframes to interactive prototypes
• Maintain scalable design systems and plan and execute usability tests

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience in UX design
• A portfolio that clearly demonstrates ownership of UX initiatives
• High proficiency in Figma and experience in digital collaboration tools
