Principal Product Designer

This role is responsible for leading and shaping user experience strategy across multiple products, overseeing the end-to-end UX strategy from discovery through delivery and continuous optimization. Key duties include uncovering user needs, translating insights into scalable experience direction, and mentoring senior designers to elevate craft standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX strategy across multiple products
- Uncover explicit and latent user needs through research and stakeholder engagement
- Translate insights into scalable, ecosystem-level experience direction
- Design cohesive workflows, interaction patterns, and platform experiences
- Rapidly prototype, validate, and iterate solutions
- Mentor senior designers and elevate craft standards
Requirements
- 10+ years of professional UX experience
- Undergraduate Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- A portfolio demonstrating expert design aptitude
Benefits
- Salary range: $177,000 - $284,000
