Principal Product Designer

This role involves driving strategic vision for high-impact initiatives, defining the future of the AI-powered litigation platform by establishing industry-leading AI design patterns, guardrails for control, and transparency. The designer will also provide cross-functional leadership by partnering with senior Product and Engineering leaders to guide strategic decisions and evolve organizational design craft standards.
Responsibilities
- Drive strategic vision: Lead high-impact, ambiguous initiatives that unlock new value by delivering best-in-class experience for users
- Architect a long-term vision connecting user behavior, legal workflows and market dynamics
- Define AI excellence in product: Establish industry-leading AI design patterns for high-stakes legal workflows
Requirements
- 10+ years of Product Design experience
- 2+ years experience shipping AI-powered experiences with strong intuition around transparency and trust
- BA/BS degree in graphic design, design communication, human-computer interaction, or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Demonstrated ability to define product vision and influence org level strategy
- Experience designing for data intensive, B2B SaaS, enterprise or regulated domains
