Senior Product Designer

The Senior Product Designer will lead the entire design lifecycle from research through iteration, collaborating closely with Product and R&D teams to translate complex requirements into intuitive user experiences. They will own key product domains, simplify sophisticated AI and security workflows, and contribute to evolving the design system.
Responsibilities
- Lead End-to-End Design Processes: Drive the full design lifecycle - from ideation to concept, UI design, developer handoff, QA, and iteration
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with Product and R&D teams to translate complex requirements into intuitive, high-impact user experiences
- Own Product Domains: Take ownership of key areas within the product and drive them forward with strong product thinking and autonomy
- Create Clarity in Complexity: Simplify sophisticated AI and security workflows into intuitive, scalable experiences
- Evolve the Design System: Work within an existing design system while contributing to its evolution and long-term scalability
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience designing B2B products, preferably SaaS or Security platforms
- Experience designing complex systems involving data, tables, dashboards, or analytical workflows
- Deep understanding of UX principles and user-centered design methodologies
- Strong system-level thinking and ability to see the bigger product picture
- Ability to clearly articulate and justify design decisions to cross-functional stakeholders
