The role involves leading the definition, decomposition, and validation of hardware requirements, owning the requirements baseline in tools like DOORS or Jama Connect, and establishing bidirectional traceability across the V-model lifecycle. This includes translating requirements into architectural choices, guiding DFx alignment, owning verification planning, and managing change control processes.
Responsibilities
- Leading the definition, decomposition, and validation of hardware requirements
- Establishing and enforcing bi-directional traceability
- Driving requirement quality and automated quality tools
- Running change control and impact analysis
- Collaborating with Electrical Design, Layout, and FW
Requirements
- 12-18+ years of overall hardware development experience
- Strong background in analog/mixed-signal or digital hardware
- Demonstrated expertise in requirements decomposition, traceability, and verification planning
