Innovation and Design Engineer, Worldwide Design Engineering

Engineers will collaborate with internal and external teams to design high-quality, cost-effective solutions for fulfillment and distribution systems, owning multiple projects from concept realization through design approval. They will also act as the primary technical contact for suppliers and support the Ops Engineering team during installation and commissioning.
Responsibilities
- Collaborating with internal and external teams to design high-quality, cost-effective solutions for fulfillment and distribution systems
- Owning multiple projects simultaneously, from concept realization through design approval
- Being the primary point of technical contact for suppliers and projects
- Handing off projects to the Ops Engineering team for installation and commissioning
- Supporting the Ops Engineering team to ensure successful installation, commissioning, and launch of designed systems
Requirements
- 5+ years of Design/Innovation, research & development, manufacturing, process, industrial engineering, or related experience
- Experience in management of engineering design projects
- Master's degree in Engineering (any domain) or foreign equivalent, Operations, Business Administration, or a related field
