Graphic Designer

The Graphic Designer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop high-quality, on-brand marketing and investor-facing collateral, including infographics, presentations, and social media graphics. Key duties involve ensuring visual consistency, preparing assets for production, and managing day-to-day social media activity using analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Senior Graphic Designer and cross-functional teams to develop high-quality, on-brand materials
• Update and refine existing designs based on creative direction and team feedback
• Create and schedule content for social media platforms, and assist with planning and reporting
• Ensure visual consistency across all communication materials in alignment with brand guidelines, enhancing brand recognition
• Prepare creative assets for print production or digital distribution

Requirements

• Bachelor of Arts degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field
• 2+ years of relevant professional design experience
• Experience designing for corporate or financial audiences, especially within the real estate or investment sectors, is strongly preferred
• Strong portfolio demonstrating both print and digital design work, with a sharp eye for detail, layout, and typography
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (e.g. InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and MS Office Suite (e.g. Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
