The Product Designer will own the design of the entire product ecosystem, focusing on the user interface and experience for both the patient mobile app and the clinical/admin web portal. This involves leading the design process from research through to production-ready assets and maintaining the design system.
Responsibilities
- End-to-End Design: Lead the design process from research and user flows to high-fidelity, production-ready designs
- Cross-Platform Execution: Design, iterate, and maintain features for mobile app (iOS/Android) and web dashboards
- Design System Ownership: Partner with engineering to build and manage a scalable design system
- Accessibility: Ensure all products meet accessibility standards to support a diverse patient and clinical audience
- Collaboration: Work with Engineering and Product to define requirements, navigate technical constraints, and ship high-quality features
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience shipping functional digital products (mobile and web)
- Experience working in a high-growth start-up
- Preferred: Experience in healthcare or managing sensitive user data
