UX Designer Senior H/F

The Senior UX Designer will be responsible for understanding complex functional requirements within the banking sector and designing mockups and prototypes in Figma, ensuring compliance with accessibility standards and enriching the existing design system. They will actively participate in Agile Scrum rituals, iterating quickly and verifying the quality of developed screens against the Figma designs.
Responsibilities
- Understanding of the need and the business: Quickly assimilate a complex functional perimeter (management of sensitive data / internal banking processes) and rely on documentation, Business Analysts, and business teams to understand existing use cases
- UX/UI Design: Design mockups and prototypes in Figma, within an existing design framework, produce interfaces that respect accessibility standards (WCAG), UX best practices, and product homogeneity, decline and enrich an existing design system, and propose several UX/UI paths when necessary
- Agile Team Work: Participate actively in rituals: daily, sprint planning, grooming, sprint reviews, and work in short iterations, integrating feedback from technical and business teams
- Quality Control of the Product: Perform screen reviews developed to verify their conformity with Figma mockups
Requirements
- 5 to 8+ years of experience in UX/UI design, on internal or public web products
- Ability to quickly take charge of an already advanced subject
- Ease of relational skills with technical profiles (developers, Tech Lead) and functional profiles (BA, PO, PM)
- Great autonomy, critical spirit, sense of detail
- Ability to argue choices in a pedagogical way, while remaining open to feedback
