Senior Product Designer, CLM

The Senior Product Designer will design and implement innovative Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) solutions focused on AI-native interactions, progressive onboarding, and setup-free experiences to drive adoption. This involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact outcomes across metadata extraction, repository, and intelligent automation features.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement innovative CLM solutions focused on AI-native interactions, progressive onboarding, and setup-free experiences
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, AI teams, Research, and Data to deliver high-impact outcomes
- Conduct extensive research and data analysis to understand SMB contract management behaviors, pain points, and barriers to adoption
- Develop and iterate on designs and prototypes that effectively communicate AI-powered features, conversational interfaces, and proactive intelligence concepts
- Work with product management to develop and test hypotheses around progressive disclosure, sane defaults, and opinionated suggestions
- Partner with Customer Advisory Board members and conduct rapid validation cycles to ensure measurable adoption and engagement outcomes
- Advocate for best practices in design, usability, and accessibility
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product design
- Demonstrated experience designing complex B2B SaaS workflows or document management systems
- Strong portfolio showcasing design skills, thought process, business impact, and ability to simplify complexity
- Capability of driving vision and change in emerging product areas with ambiguous requirements
- Skilled at designing setup-free and progressively disclosed experiences
- Experience designing AI-native or conversational interfaces
- Expertise in designing and prototyping in Figma
- Excellent English communication and collaboration skills
