The Senior Digital Product Designer will partner with leadership to define concepts for making preventive health information accessible and lead user research to translate insights into high-fidelity designs for the web platform. Responsibilities also include owning the full visual design, designing accessible experiences, and collaborating closely with engineering and growth teams.
Responsibilities
- Partner with company leadership to define future concepts for making preventive health information understandable and accessible
- Lead user research initiatives and translate insights into UX concepts, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs
- Own the full visual design of the platform: UI components, color systems, data visualizations, medical iconography, and interaction patterns
- Design accessible experiences for a broad, non-expert user base
- Contribute to CRO of the pre-purchase experience and support content design
- Enable medical partner labs to collaborate efficiently through thoughtful platform design
- Work closely with engineering in sprint cycles to ensure smooth implementation and continuous refinement
- Mentor engineers and cross-functional teammates in user-centered design principles and usability
- Own and evolve the visual identity of the product
Requirements
- Proven track record owning end-to-end digital product design
- Strong portfolio demonstrating clarity in B2C products
- Skilled in Figma, including maintaining and evolving a Design System with variables
- Strong understanding of WCAG accessibility standards
- Genuine enthusiasm for health, prevention, and longevity
- Experience working closely with software engineers on implementation and optimization
- A proactive mindset
- Curious, driven, and motivated to understand how a startup operates end-to-end
- Willing to stay current with AI-enabled tools and methods for ideation, collaboration, and prototyping
- Fluent in English (German and/or French a strong plus)
