The role involves developing sophisticated User Interfaces for websites and digital platforms from concept to final execution, while also planning navigation logic, information architecture, and interaction flows to guide users intuitively. Responsibilities include building and maintaining structured design systems in Figma, designing fluid interactions and UX motion elements, and conducting user testing to validate decisions based on data.
Responsibilities
- Developing user interfaces for websites and digital platforms
- Planning navigation logic, information architecture, and interaction flows
- Building structured design systems and component libraries in Figma
- Designing microinteractions and UX motion elements
- Planning and conducting user tests and prototype validations
- Collaborating with UX research, development, and product teams
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in UI & UX Design
- Very good knowledge of Figma
- Expertise in design system architecture, prototyping, motion, and developer handover
- Strong visual competence and sense of aesthetics, typography, and animation
- Fluent in German and English
