The Lead Product Designer will own design outcomes end-to-end, acting as the 'taste maker' for Agentic experiences in Energy and building the AI native design platform with semantic tokens and reusable components. This role involves designing interaction systems for AI that scale and solving complex product constraints while setting clear design narratives and quality standards.

Requirements
- Exceptional product design experience with end-to-end ownership
- Experience building with AI and for AI
- Track record of delivering exceptional experiences that drive core business metrics
- Deep experience building AI-augmented workflows
- Proven experience designing and scaling design platforms using AI tooling
- Strong intuition for interaction states, edge cases, and implementation reality
