UI/UX Designer (m/w/d)

The role involves developing sophisticated User Interfaces for websites and digital platforms from initial concept through final execution. Responsibilities also include planning navigation logic, information architecture, and interaction flows, alongside building and maintaining structured Design Systems in Figma.

Responsibilities

• Developing user interfaces for websites and digital platforms
• Planning navigation logics, information architectures, and interaction flows
• Building design systems and component libraries in Figma
• Designing microinteractions and UX motion elements
• Planning and conducting user tests and prototype validations
• Collaborating with UX research, development, and product teams

Requirements

• Around 5 years of experience in UI & UX design
• Very good knowledge of Figma
• Experience with design system architecture, prototyping, motion, and developer handover
• Fundamental knowledge of usability, information architecture, interaction design, and UX motion principles
• Experience with user testing and iterative design processes
• Strong visual competence and a sense of aesthetics, typography, and animation
• Fluent in German and English
