Graphic Designer

The Graphic Designer will concept and execute visual solutions across print and digital platforms, including proposals, marketing collateral, advertisements, and website elements, ensuring consistency with the brand identity. This involves collaborating with writers and marketing team members to translate content into compelling visuals while managing competing priorities across multiple platforms.
Responsibilities
- Design engaging layouts that integrate text, iconography, photography, interactive elements, and graphics across print and digital platforms
- Collaborate with writers, proposal coordinators, and marketing team members to translate content into compelling visual solutions
- Design and update website elements, landing pages, and digital assets while ensuring a consistent brand experience
- Work with web development partners to create wireframes and mockups with a focus on usability, responsiveness, and UI/UX best practices
- Apply current and emerging design trends while adhering to foundational design principles
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Web Design, Animation, or a related field
- 5 or more years of experience in a design firm or collaborative creative team environment
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with a strong emphasis on InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
- Experience with or exposure to modern web and UI design tools
