The UX Designer will support clients by applying expertise across all key stages of Design Thinking, from empathy to testing, ensuring a User-Centric approach while integrating business objectives. Responsibilities include defining project needs, conducting user research through audits and focus groups, creating solution hypotheses via ideation workshops, prototyping, and validating improvements through user testing.
Responsibilities
- Intervene in all key stages of Design Thinking, from empathy to testing
- Define the project and its objectives
- Conduct research to know and understand users
- Create prototypes and interact with users to test and improve the interface
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience as a UX Designer
- Good knowledge of UX methods
- Mastery of tools such as Figma, Sketch, XD or Axure
- Ability to communicate and work in agile mode with different teams and services
