The UX Writer will partner with Product Managers and UX/UI Designers to define product communication across all interactions, crafting clear, human-centered language for web and mobile platforms. This includes writing flows, error messages, and system messaging while translating complex concepts into accessible copy.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Product Managers and UX/UI Designers to define how the product communicates at every interaction
- Craft clear, human-centered language across web and mobile platforms
- Write flows, empty states, error messages, and system messaging that reduce friction
- Translate complex financial and policy concepts into accessible, user-friendly copy
- Align product language with brand voice, user intent, and business goals
- Contribute to voice & tone standards and content systems
- Support usability testing, content audits, and iterative improvements
- Work within established design systems to ensure consistency and scalability
Requirements
- Solid experience in UX Writing across complex digital products
- English proficiency (C1/C2)
- Experience collaborating closely with Product Managers and Designers within agile teams
- Ability to translate product requirements and business constraints into concise, intuitive language
- Experience working with design systems, voice & tone guidelines, and content standards
- Hands-on experience with Figma (annotations, components), FigJam, and Google Docs
- Native or near-native English proficiency
