Product Designer

The Product Designer will own the end-to-end design lifecycle, from research and framing to high-fidelity UI and iteration, focusing on designing durable, configurable systems and workflows rather than just screens. They will design experiences across web and mobile for family caregivers, clinicians, and operators, while partnering cross-functionally to solve real-world problems.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end product design
- Design systems and workflows, not just screens
- Design for multiple users and contexts
- Partner cross-functionally to solve real-world problems
- Design AI-assisted and human-in-the-loop experiences
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience as a product designer
- Strong experience designing systems, workflows, and information architecture
- Experience designing for multi-role, permissioned products
- Experience across web and mobile
- Comfort owning the full design process, including user research, synthesis, and iteration
- Experience working in healthcare or other regulated, high-stakes industries is preferred
