Lead UX Designer

The Lead UX Designer will define and drive the overall UX/UI design vision and strategy for B2B eCommerce across web and mobile platforms, while leading and mentoring other UX/UI designers. Key duties include championing user-centered design, leading research efforts, and developing artifacts like personas, journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes to inform design decisions.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive the overall UX/UI design vision and strategy for Heritage Plus B2B eCommerce across web and mobile
- Lead and mentor UX/UI designers, fostering creativity, collaboration, and professional growth
- Champion user-centered design principles to ensure Industry leading digital experiences
- Translate business objectives and advocate for user needs by creating design solutions that align with both the user’s experience and company goals
- Lead user research efforts, usability testing, and heuristic analysis to inform design decisions
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in UX/UI design or product design with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Demonstrated experience designing for complex digital products, preferably eCommerce or transactional workflows
- Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams
