Senior Product Designer, CTM

The Senior Product Designer will shape the vision and execution for the Customer Trust Management (CTM) product area, focusing on designing clear, efficient experiences to help customers manage third-party risk at scale. Responsibilities include driving design excellence, developing deep user understanding, collaborating with Product and Engineering, influencing product strategy, and mentoring junior designers.
Responsibilities
- Bring a high standard of visual and interaction design to your work
- Develop a deep understanding of our users and craft thoughtful designs that meet their needs
- Work closely with subject matter experts to create guidelines that improve user content and user guidance
- Iterate on design solutions based on user feedback, data insights, and collaboration with the team
- Use system thinking to create cohesive user experiences
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to bring designs to life and ensure seamless implementation
- Communicate design rationale effectively to stakeholders
- Lead by example and provide mentorship to junior designers
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience delivering high-quality B2B SaaS products
- Demonstrated track record of maintaining high executional quality and organizational impact
- Independent in driving discovery processes and leveraging customer insights to inform product strategy
- Skilled in leading the design process from ambiguity to concept and execution
- Strong ability to mentor and influence others
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and complex problem-solving
- Proven success in driving design strategy, systemic thinking, and strong product sensibility
