Senior Associate, Strategic UX Designer (GTO)

The role involves designing, implementing, and supporting comprehensive insurance and absence management solutions by translating strategic concepts into intuitive prototypes and experience frameworks. Key duties include developing visual artifacts like wireframes and blueprints, conducting user research, and creating engaging digital storytelling content to communicate transformation visions.
Responsibilities
- Experience visualization and prototyping
- Developing wireframes, prototypes, and service blueprints
- Creating experience frameworks that clarify workflows and user touchpoints
- Validating design feasibility by collaborating with transformation leaders and product teams
- Aligning design outputs with enterprise strategy, technical strategy, and user needs
- User research and feedback integration
- Planning and conducting user research, usability sessions, and concept walk-throughs
- Analyzing qualitative insights to refine designs and inform experience direction
- Creating an ongoing feedback program
- Multimedia and digital communication
- Translating complex transformation concepts into engaging digital storytelling artifacts
- Collaborating with communication specialists to ensure consistent and compelling message delivery
- Cross-functional collaboration
- Partnering with strategy, change, engineering, and PMO teams
- Supporting alignment and visioning meetings with high-quality visual assets and scenario demonstrations
Requirements
- Proven experience in UX design, interaction design, or service design
- Proficiency with industry-leading design tools
- Strong ability to create prototypes, user flows, wireframes, and interaction models
- Understanding of design thinking, service design, and human-centered methodologies
