The role involves leading the user experience for embodied, AI-powered agents by establishing design patterns for real-time AI across various form factors and executing a multimodal design strategy integrating voice, vision, and gesture. Requirements
- 8-10+ years of experience in product design or creative direction
- Demonstrated experience designing for non-deterministic systems
- Proven track record of navigating extreme ambiguity and driving projects from concept to execution with minimal guidance
- Proficiency in Figma and a high degree of experience with AI-assisted coding or prototyping tools
