Senior UX Designer

The Senior UX Designer will advocate for end users by building user interfaces and experiences that solve problems and produce measurable UX outcomes, collaborating with Agile development teams throughout the design process from concept to production. Responsibilities include leading cross-functional teams to deliver roadmap features, conducting research, creating user journey documentation, and designing AI-enhanced cybersecurity features.
Responsibilities
- Leading team members in Product Management, Development, and Security Services
- Collaborating with UX Researchers on research methods and conducting own research activities
- Creating as-is and to-be user journeys, information architecture maps, and user task-flows
- Designing AI-enhanced and augmented cybersecurity features
Requirements
- Experience as a UX Designer
- Understanding of Web Accessibility and WCAG guidelines
- Familiarity with AI tools and service design principles
