Senior Product Designer Consultant

The Senior Product Designer will lead design for core product areas from concept to delivery, translating complex workflows into intuitive and delightful experiences. This role involves collaborating across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to execute the roadmap and ensuring high-quality design execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead design for core product areas, from concept to delivery
• Translate complex workflows into intuitive, accessible, and delightful experiences
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to execute the product roadmap
• Work closely with Engineering to ensure high-quality execution of the design spec
• Interact regularly with customers to learn from their needs, gather feedback, and bring their voice into the design process
• Conduct design reviews, give/receive feedback, and raise the quality bar across the team

Requirements

• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree
• 3-5 years of product design experience in building SaaS or mobile-first products
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design work
• Excellent communication skills to get the team on board with your vision
• Obsession with users — who they are and how they use the product — to create the best experience for them
• Fluency in design tools (Figma, prototyping, etc.) and openness to adopting AI into the process
