Product Designer

The Product Designer will be responsible for the design quality of features from initial discovery through to final implementation within a dedicated squad. This involves owning or improving features end-to-end by designing intuitive, accessible flows using established design systems and guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Delivering high-quality design from discovery to implementation within your squad
- Owning a feature or improving an existing experience end-to-end
- Designing intuitive, accessible flows using our design system and brand guidelines
- Creating interactive prototypes to test ideas and validate solutions
- Collaborating closely with PMs, Engineers, Researchers and Analysts to frame problems and deliver outcomes
- Presenting your work clearly, explaining your thinking and design rationale
- Contributing to the evolution of your product area and team ways of working
Requirements
- 2-3+ years of experience in product design
- A portfolio demonstrating strong interaction and visual design craft
- Confidence in managing your own design process from discovery through to delivery
- Experience prototyping and gathering user feedback to validate decisions
- Familiarity with design systems and component libraries
- A collaborative, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude and openness to feedback
- Clear communication skills and confidence presenting your work
