This role involves guiding the team's attention to UX craft and leading cross-functional design alignment to craft dynamic user experiences for innovative crypto product features. Responsibilities include leveraging data and feedback to inform design, owning end-to-end design quality, and partnering with global teams to ship experiences aligned with the company vision.
Responsibilities
- Leverage data, insights, and user feedback to bring human voices into problem statements, product interfaces, and user journeys
- Generate ideas quickly, and connect regularly with customers to validate directions
- Participate in design critiques and present work in product leadership feedback meetings
- Own end-to-end design quality, which includes advocating for UX craft and users
- Contribute to the product development process, influencing strategic decisions to improve the overall product experience, and ensure consistency
Requirements
- 3-5 years of Product Design experience
- Experience designing outstanding digital products in an agile development environment
- A portfolio of design work that showcases modern design work that excites you and demonstrates your ability to design mobile-first digital
- Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, Web Design, or equivalent project/portfolio experience
