The UX Designer will be responsible for transforming complex technical workflows into intuitive, user-friendly experiences and driving the design process from concept through delivery, including creating necessary artifacts like wireframes and prototypes. This role requires championing user-centric design by engaging stakeholders and end users to understand needs and advocating for user requirements throughout the product lifecycle.
Responsibilities

- Champion User-Centric Design: Engage stakeholders and end users to understand needs and pain points
- End-to-End Design Execution: Drive the design process from concept to delivery
- User Research & Validation: Plan and conduct usability testing, interviews, contextual inquiries, and surveys
- Data-Driven Iteration: Analyse research insights and feedback to propose improvements
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with product managers and engineers to ensure design feasibility and fidelity
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of professional experience in UX, Product Design, or related roles
- Strong portfolio demonstrating the User-Centered Design (UCD) process, including research, prototyping, and visual design
- Proficiency in industry-standard tools such as Figma and Adobe Illustrator (or equivalent) and experience with prototyping tools
- Familiarity with web technologies (HTML/CSS) to collaborate effectively with developers and experience leveraging AI tools to enhance design workflows is a plus
